# Mama Dixon's Southern Comfort Food – Ordering & Catering Policies Thank you for choosing Mama Dixon's Southern Comfort Food! We appreciate your business and are committed to providing fresh, high-quality Southern comfort food with exceptional customer service. **Ordering** * Pre-orders are highly recommended. Same-day orders are accepted based on availability. * Orders are prepared on a first-come, first-served basis. * Weekly menu selections and featured items may vary and are available while supplies last. **Payment** * Full payment is required to confirm all regular menu pre-orders. * Catering reservations require a **50% non-refundable deposit** to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due **7 days prior to your event.** **Freshness** * Every order is **Made Fresh on the Day of Service** using quality ingredients and homemade family recipes. We do not prepare food days in advance. **Pickup & Delivery** * Customers are responsible for picking up orders during the designated pickup window. * Catering delivery, setup, and buffet service are available for an additional fee. Delivery fees are based on location, distance, and event size. **Catering** * Final guest count and any menu changes must be submitted at least **7 days before your event**. * Additional guests may be accommodated based on product availability. * Setup and buffet service fees apply when requested. **Food Allergies** * Our kitchen prepares foods containing common allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, peanuts, and tree nuts.
